More About Rebecca

Rebecca practices a range of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Adlerian Therapy. Recognizing that each individual’s needs and experiences are unique, she ensures that the primary interventions and therapeutic approaches are tailored accordingly.
