How I can help

In my therapeutic space, you can express your feelings, sort through your thoughts, and face life’s challenges with someone who genuinely cares. I’m passionate about supporting clients with warmth, compassion, and evidence-based care, while creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, while also incorporating IFS/parts work and somatic practices. Because everyone’s needs are different, I tailor therapy to your specific goals and experiences rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, emotion regulation difficulties, stress and burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop specific and practical strategies, build insight, and support meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, navigating a difficult period, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I bring a patient, supportive, and collaborative presence to help you move toward greater clarity, growth, and well-being.

If you feel we might be a good fit, I encourage you to book a consultation or reach out by email. I’d be happy to connect and explore how I can support you.
