How Linda Can Help

Taking the first step towards couple therapy can be stressful and many couples seek therapy to address a variety of issues such as love, understanding, trust and communication skills, and setting boundaries. Couples therapy can be a great tool to help individuals address issues such as a lack of connection, love, understanding, trust, or communication skills.

Together, we will set goal, recognise your strengths and values as an individual and as a couple, draw attention to negative habits, attitudes, and interactional patterns, and provide you with the support you need to create the kinds of relationship you want.

Help people establish mutually beneficial and constructive boundaries in their relationships.
